A Message From Our Director

Dear reader,

Last week I met with a hiring manager from a Fortune 100 who shared that their recruiting strategy is about getting the best fit for their team, regardless if that student was born in the US or not. That led us to do more research on hiring + recruiting international students. So we wrote a blog post about it: who else does it and how do they make it possible?

What we’ve been up to…

• Did you miss us at the counseling career fair? We’d love to have you next time.
• I got a chance to watch the pre-screening of Untapped at the Human Potential Summit which follows high school students getting internships in NYC. An emotional watch 🥹
• Andrea Regenberg led a session with our students on Strategies to Manage Anxiety. The session was SO full, we had to stream the presentation in overflow rooms. Reminds me of a stat I read last week about undergrads and mental health shared in this post.
