Dear reader,
I was at an HR summit this week and yes, the talk of the town was agentic AI and upskilling, but my favorite takeaway was from David Bator at the Achievers Workplace Institute. He summarized so much of what we do in a very simple way:
“It can all turn out well in the end if we remember that little things, minor moments, can have a big impact.
Holding the door open for someone, saying please and thank you, appreciating someone’s contribution, being welcoming, prioritizing understanding over being understood are little things we can do each day to fertilize the ground we share with others.”
