The holiday season is coming up fast, and “let’s circle back after the holidays” is in full swing.
Spotify Wrapped has become one of my annual Holiday traditions. This year, one of their new music personas really stood out to me: “The Recruiter”. A person who shares music far and wide, bringing new people into the fold. exactly what so many of what you do every day. Recruiting has always been about more than interviews, ATS discussions, or connection requests. Whether you’re finding the best songs or the best people, it takes listening, storytelling, and real connection to bring the right mix together.
