This workshop series is designed specifically for first-generation and limited-income undergraduate students as they navigate the career and internship landscape. Through guided storytelling, skill translation, and confidence-building strategies, students learn how to clearly communicate their experiences, strengths, and resilience in ways employers understand and value. Participants leave empowered to advocate for themselves, make informed career decisions, and present their stories with clarity, credibility, and confidence.

Craft Your SENIOR Story: Workshop Series Every Friday from 1:15-2:30pm
This workshop series helps JHU undergraduate students translate their experiences and skills into clear, compelling narratives. While students bring strong technical and analytical abilities, they often undersell their impact in interviews and networking. Participants gain practical tips and practice articulating their value with confidence, leaving them better prepared to present themselves as competitive candidates.
