How Blue Jay Pathways Work
Each pathway is organized around four stages:
Explore : Learn about career options, industry roles, and how your interests, strengths, and academic experiences may connect to different fields.
Prepare : Build the skills, materials, experiences, and professional connections that help you become a stronger candidate.
Launch : Take action on your internship or job search with support from Life Design Educators, alumni, employers, and pathway-specific programs.
Contribute : Stay engaged as part of the Blue Jay Pathways ecosystem by sharing your experiences, mentoring peers, and connecting with alumni and employers.
