Panels focused on advice for transitioning to junior faculty roles, navigating the hidden curriculum of starting an academic research lab, and building connections in the life sciences. A second portion of the day will be specifically devoted to networking (1:1 and group settings) with regional faculty and alumni to explore strategies for success in academia.
