LEM seeks to make the Latinx Pre-Health Honor Society a learning organization where pre-health students become stronger in their unity and qualifications. We seek highly motivated and inspired students who will one day become the great health professionals of tomorrow. We encourage pre-health students that have the desire to pursue clinical and scientific research to pursue their passions. Additionally, we strive to serve the often overlooked Latino population in Baltimore.
Members have access to networking, mentorship, research, shadowing, leadership, socializing, community service, and cultural opportunities with healthcare professionals and other pre-med students on campus.
Our goals include promoting the interests of pre-med students on campus and supporting the underserved, underrepresented communities of Baltimore.
