Tomi Olaleye serves as the Administrative Program Coordinator at Hire Hopkins, where she brings a passion for organization, people-centered processes, and operational excellence to support the university’s mission of connecting talent to meaningful opportunities. With a background rooted in both global and fast-paced environments, Tomi previously served as the Global Head of People Engagement and Culture, and as a Human Resource Project Manager, where she led initiatives that empowered teams and streamlined operations on a global scale.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and an MBA in Healthcare Administration, Tomi blends analytical thinking with a heart for service, making her a go-to partner for executive support and project coordination. Her strengths lie in turning big-picture goals into actionable plans, all while keeping people at the center of every project.

When she’s not managing projects or programs, you can find her traveling, reorganizing a closet, or discovering new ways to bring order and joy to everyday spaces.
