What is Physical Therapy?
Physical therapy is a profession that utilizes expert knowledge in movement to examine clients of all ages and develop treatment plans in order to prevent and/or treat injuries, disabilities, and movement. Physical therapists (commonly shortened to PTs) frequently collaborate with other health professionals to create a comprehensive rehabilitation plan for their clients. Some of their goals include encouraging more healthy, active lifestyles and wellness-oriented programs.
