Step 1: Activities

Make a list of the activities you tend to do each week. Get as specific as possible. Pay attention to both the one-off and routine tasks. It is important you be honest with how you spend your time without judgement. By documenting the full range of how we spend our time we can begin to see our patterns and aspirations more objectively.
