Imagine Center Multipurpose Rooms (MPR) Guidelines
- We encourage you to reserve MPRs on 25Live, especially if you’d like to use them at a specific time for a meeting or study session.
- Rooms are reservable/usable in four-hour blocks.
- Requests made less than 48-hours in advance will not be approved; the rooms will still be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Does your room have a reserved sign? Please be prepared to depart before the scheduled reservation time.
- If you’re leaving the building, please take your belongings with you!
- We can’t be responsible for items left unattended.
- Belongings left in the MPRs will be removed so the room is usable for others.
- Please clean up after yourself and ensure the room is returned to the state you found it in (i.e., return dry-erase markers to the caddy, clear table, etc.)
- If you’re using Zoom on the monitor, launch the meeting from your computer. Then, use the touchpad to invite the MPR to the meeting with your Zoom Meeting ID.
- The monitors and screens are configured for everyone’s use; please refrain from turning them off or touching the wires.
- Don’t want a screen? Consider reserving Serengeti or Gobi!
