Every year, Johns Hopkins University joins schools across the nation in celebrating National Student Employment Week (NSEW) during the second full week of April. NSEW is dedicated to appreciating our hardworking student employees and recognizing the significant impact they have on the university and the surrounding community.
This year’s National Student Employment Week was April 8th-12th, 2024.

UEL celebrated the hard work of student employees with pizza and giveaways at the East Baltimore campuses.

38 undergraduate students, 35 graduate students and 38 supervisors were nominated this year! The letters of recommendation received on behalf of all the nominees indicate that their performance is truly exceptional and that their contributions are highly valued by their departments.
