The Career Impact Awards, established in 2021 at Johns Hopkins University, celebrate the unsung heroes within our community who have generously shared their time, expertise, and connections to support the professional and career growth of others. These awards honor those whose selfless actions, often performed quietly and without recognition, have strengthened our community and made a lasting impact.

Recognizing faculty and staff who have consistently supported the professional development of their students and trainees.

For doctoral alumni who have shown a strong commitment to supporting the professional growth of others.

Honoring doctoral & postdoctoral scholars who have made a significant impact within the JHU community during their academic journeys.

A special recognition within the Career Impact Awards to honor one individual across all categories who has shown exceptional dedication in championing another person’s career.
