SFI is searching for multiple Junior Project Analysts to support our HQ office. Our team supports many large-scale mission critical projects for the Federal government including Transportation, Commerce, Agriculture, Health, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and correspondence for leadership meetings and other activities as needed.
- Develop and use knowledge of company practices, policies, and programs to determine the best approach for completing assigned tasks.
- Accurately and efficiently perform routine administrative tasks including completing reports, developing meeting minutes, and managing multiple schedules.
- Arrange internal and external meetings to include all facets of meeting prep – tracking responses to meeting requests, preparing, and distributing meeting materials, arranging all necessary technology including web and video conferencing, liaising with outside parties to manage appointments.
- Help Project Managers on project related tasks including recruiting, reporting, onboarding, and others.
- Work under the guidance of senior project managers or HQ executives.
- Part of our proposal team, work duties may include developing proposal outline, coordinating reviews, editing resumes and past performance and others.
- Help with marketing events and customer reach out.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, Math, Science, Business, or related field.
- 1+ years of related work experience.
- 1+ days a week on-site at Bethesda Headquarters Office.
- Attention to the detail and well organized.
- Fast learner and willing to be stretched. An outside of the box thinker!
- The ideal candidate will actively pursue work assignments, volunteer to assist where needed, have an enthusiasm for learning and trying new things.

- In order to meet the clearance requirements for this opportunity, candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

- The salary for this position is $40,000 – $70,000 annually
