FLI Summer Immersion Life Design Program

What: Over summer, the Life Design Lab is piloting a program for first-generation, limited income (Pell-Eligible) students to engage in life design curriculum coupled with visits to employers in the DMV area including Northrop Grumman, Accenture Federal Services, and more. For one week over in June, students will be able to explore who they are, visit with employers to verify career paths they are interested in, and then create 3 separate lives that they can plan to prototype throughout the remainder of summer. Housing, food, and air transportation will be covered by the Life Design Lab.

Who: The program is open to all students in the FLI Network. We will be exploring employers from a variety of industries so is most well suited for students who are open to exploration.

When: Students must be present June 9-15 on Homewood campus.

How: Apply to participate in the program on the following form by April 29th at 9am. We will be getting back to you later that week with updates regarding your acceptance into the program.
