Looking for highly motivated undergraduate students for a paid 8-10 week summer internship at the Computational Neuroscience Laboratory at Boston Children’s Hospital. The interns will be involved in the analysis of diffusion and functional MRI signals, using cutting-edge signal processing, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn new computational techniques in Neuroscience and work on a Big Data project that aims to how brain circuits develop in adolescence.
The summer intern I will be responsible for
- Data Preparation
- signal analysis
- Matlab programming
- statistical analysis
In order to qualify you must:
- Must be an undergraduate student (rising junior or senior by the summer of 2024)
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience
- EXPERIENCE WITH MATLAB PROGRAMMING IS REQUIRED.
- Some brain/Neuroscience exposure (through coursework or research) required.
- Interest in Neuroscience and experience in computational neuroscience and/or neuroimaging is preferred.
