Marketing Specialist Overview:
The Marketing Specialist will support the development, maintenance, and optimization of marketing efforts including social media, advertising, content marketing, websites, and email campaigns. This position is a key liaison to external agencies and to our business development team. This position will also offer direct support to our account team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the successful implementation of digital cross-channel marketing campaigns and improve automation across all marketing efforts.
- Create, design, and disseminate original content into current and new marketing channels on a regular schedule.
- Manage online marketing efforts from conception through implementation and maintenance including websites, e-mail, content, social media, advertising, and search.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to provide direction, manage the creative review process, and build a robust reporting process.
- Help develop and implement a marketing data measurement strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives growth.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and website performance.
- Provide project management to ensure deadlines are met and communication is maintained with relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as an internal and external liaison and point of contact for initiatives as well as project-related vendors and other third parties, including external partner organizations.
- Provide strategic guidance for paid media campaigns, optimizing tracking and campaign performance.
- Create customer segments based on demographics, behavior, or other relevant criteria.
Such activities require:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or a related business subject, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in marketing or a related discipline with hands on experience using Google Analytics, AdWords, social media and content management systems
- Basic web development including HTML, CSS and Photoshop
- Strong design skills; Canva experience preferred
- Aptitude for problem-solving and strong critical thinking skills
- A focus on results, with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Keen attention to details and strong organization with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening and presentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a professional and diplomatic demeanor
- Creative drive and motivated self-starter
- Excellent project management experience with the skills necessary to interpret what is needed for the success of a project and to create appropriate schedules for timely delivery
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $50,000 – $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Tribunus Health provides all full-time employees with benefits including:
