Tyler Sluder is the Associate Director of Employer Engagement and Experiential Learning at PHutures where he will work to expand the vision, strategy, and plan of integrating life design, employer engagement, experiential learning, and mentoring into the academic and co-curricular experience for doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows.

Tyler joins us from Spring Theory, a consulting firm focused on facilitating experiential learning projects between companies and university programs. Prior to that Tyler worked for several years in talent acquisition, both as an Executive Recruiting Consultant and as the lead Talent Acquisition Specialist at the University of Cincinnati Foundation.
