UEL Intern Team

Sandy Wong

Sandy is a senior majoring in Molecular and Cellular Biology. She has been an intern with UEL for over a year now and works as the lead intern. Her goal is to make jobs and internships more equal and accessible by expanding the reach and capabilities of SMILE.

Anvii Mishra

Anvii is a sophomore majoring in Cognitive Science and Computer Science. She’s from Delhi, India and is very interested in neuroscience and neuroengineering. She also loves reading sci-fi novels and painting.

Nathalie Akbari

Nathalie is a JHU KSAS graduate and first-year MSPH student at the Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is interested in health education and communications, especially through social media and marketing strategies. She loves hiking, doing crossword puzzles, and painting!

Breanna Blankson

Breanna Blankson is a rising junior majoring in Medicine, Science, and The Humanities, with a minor in Anthropology. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she enjoys singing with the Melanotes, acting and serving as secretary for The DBH Theater Company, and pursuing multiple creative ventures. She is excited to be part of the UEL team and looking forward to connecting with you all!

Radhika Batra

Radhika is a masters student at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing who is passionate about cardiac nursing and is graduating this upcoming May. She joined UEL’s intern team in September as an effort to raise awareness about student employment opportunities at the School of Nursing. She is excited to represent UEL’s services at her home division.

Camille Blake

Camille is a junior majoring in Writing Seminars with a minor in Marketing. She loves photography, music, and video games, and she’s interested in pursuing a career in the entertainment industry. Outside of academics, she’s involved with the Johns Hopkins Entertainers Club and Marque Magazine, and she’s excited to get involved with the UEL team!

Raquel Conceiçáo

Raquel Conceicao is part of the class of 2025 majoring in Public Health. She enjoys working with the UEL and in her free time, she likes to run, draw and try new foods around Baltimore. She hopes to get her Ph.D. in Public Health Administration in the future.

Arjun Yogaratnam

Arjun is a senior double majoring in Molecular and Cellular Biology along with Applied Mathematics and Statistics. In his free time, he enjoys diving into YouTube rabbit holes, writing poetry, and exploring different cuisines through cooking. He has been working with UEL for almost a year and is excited to continue helping make on-campus employment more accessible!
