Launching the DEI Collective 3.0

Looking to hire diverse interns for your company? Join us for our national award-winning diversity internship recruiting program, now in its 3rd year.

Last year, our hiring partners made 122 internship offers, with 70% of those qualifying as a DEI* hire.

Get matched with students from diverse backgrounds who are looking for internships at companies like yours, and recruit for your summer 2023 internship cycle.

We only accept 50 companies a year and we’d love to have you. You can apply for free here.

Not ready to apply? Learn more about the DEI Collective here.

*Confirmed DEI hire = first generation, limited income, black, hispanic, indigenous, Pacific Islander, mixed race or international student (students with disabilities and LGBTQIA status are also considered DEI in our definition, however, those attributes are not disclosed in profiles, so we are unable to track that segment of our offers and hires.)
